The most common hardware repairs relate to power supply failures, hard disk failures and motherboard failures. The issue with many laptop repairs is that the cost of replacing the parts plus the labour charge may be more than replacing with a new laptop.

Software may also need attention if corrupted by viruses, malware or through power failures or the PC being shutdown or started incorrectly. Please ensure all software and licenses are available prior to a technician arriving so that delays are avoided or reduced to a minimum.
